Suggestions For Boosting Energy

  • Beef Liver Pills or Powder. It’s an easy natural way to boost your testosterone, and therefore your energy. 
  • Get some Magnesium Oil or Epson Salts “This study was performed to assess how 4 weeks of magnesium supplementation [approximately 1 gram] and exercise affect the free and total plasma testosterone levels of sportsmen practicing tae kwon do and sedentary controls at rest and after exhaustion… Our results show that supplementation with magnesium increases free and total testosterone values in sedentary and in athletes. The increases are higher in those who exercise than in sedentary individuals.”
  • Get some Zinc picolinate. Diets vary from person to person, but I found that adding Zinc has boosted my energy levels somewhat.
  • Make sure you’re getting enough Vitamin D3. 
  • The most convenient way I’ve found to get caffeine is from chewing gum. You can find some on amazon. 
  • Do I have to say it? Work out. Short jogs can wake you up if you feel groggy, heavy lifting will boost testosterone. A lot of research has shown that workouts lasting over 1 hour tends to burn muscle, so avoid putting in too much cardio.
  • Modafinil and other smart drugs can be used for additional effect.
  • Take a power nap, 15-45 minutes long. Any longer than 45 minutes and you will negate the effect. Add caffeine before the nap to make it stronger.
  • Consider magnetic or electrical brain stimulation.
  • Do some deep breathing exercises for 1-5 minutes. focus on extending your belly outwards without straining or pausing between exhalation or inhalation. The slower and deeper the breath the better.

    Yerba mate is a favorite of mine. No jitters, encourages sharp focus for long periods of time.
